How We Gather and Rank Data
Our data collection process uses public Steam information, including store metadata, release dates, genres, developers, publishers, images, and Steam Community Hub member counts. The database is refreshed daily so the calendar can reflect new releases and changed dates.
Anticipation is primarily based on Steam Community Hub membership because it is a public signal of pre-release interest. It is not a review score, sales estimate, or endorsement. A smaller game can still be worth following even if it has fewer members.
Some games may be missing or temporarily outdated when Steam metadata is incomplete, a release date changes, or a game does not expose enough public data yet.
Who We Are
Upcoming Games Releases is maintained by Samuel Barraud as an independent gaming data project. It combines automated collection, data cleanup, and web publishing to make upcoming PC release discovery more practical.
